You have questions about food catering?  Brown Brothers Catering has answers!

What is included with your catering?

Brown Brothers is a full service catering company, which means we do everything for you in regards to the food.  We provide the wait staff to setup your event, replenish your food and bus the tables.  We include clear plastic disposables with all of our menus and can also provide China place settings if you would prefer.  We DO NOT just drop off food and leave you to do the rest.  Our team handles everything so you can enjoy the event.

Do you have a minimum order amount?

The minimum food order is $1000.00

How do I book your service?

Booking with Brown Brothers is a very easy process.  We will send you a proposal and help find the best menu for your event and budget. Once you approve the menu we take a $295 deposit to secure your date on our calendar.

What about the leftovers?

If you would like to keep the leftover food we will pack it up for you.  You must communicate your desire to keep the leftovers to us when we finalize your event.  If you do not wish to keep the leftover food Brown Brothers donates it to the Food and Care Coalition.

Do you have a service charge?

We have a 19% service charge for events that we produce.  The service charge covers delivery, setup, service and clean-up for your event.

When is my final balance due?

We finalize our events 10-14 days prior to your event.  At that time we will make any adjustments to the headcount and menu.  We take final payment at the time we finalize the event.

Can I taste your food?

Yes, we have 2 options available for  clients to sample our menu choices.  We encourage you to attend our monthly tastings to not only taste our delicious food, but also see our staff in action. We have information on our next open house on the main page of our website. Another option is to schedule a private tasting. At this exclusive meeting you will be able to taste each component of the menu you have chosen. Private tastings have a charge of $200.

What if I cancel my event or plans change?

Your deposit is non-refundable, however, it is transferrable so you can use it at a later date or give it to another person to use.  If an event is canceled within 30 days of an event the deposit is not refundable or transferrable.

What is your service Area?

We cover all over Utah and neighboring states. Many of our events are in Salt Lake County, Utah County, Summit County, Davis County, and Tooele. We routinely take our show on the road and cater destination weddings in Moab, Bear Lake, The Grand Canyon, Zion National Park and other fun and majestic settings for all types of events.
