They did a fantastic job catering our wedding at Quiet Meadow Farms. They were very helpful in crafting our menu and accommodating changes throughout. The food was very good, and got unsolicited high praise from a number of guests. Two suggestions to anyone booking them: 1 - do a take home tasting of approximately what you want to order. 2 - if you have a significant spread, pay the few bucks for an extra set of plates. I underestimated how quickly our guests would dispose of theirs and then want more appetizers.
We used Brown Brothers Catering for a corporate evening dinner, and everything was top-notch, from the food quality to the professionalism of the team. The Chicken Marsala and Roasted Garlic Baron of Beef were both perfectly cooked and full of flavor, and the sides - Asiago mashed potatoes, green beans almondine, and the spring mix salad with strawberries, feta, and candied pecans, were just as impressive. AND everything was gluten-free (minus the dinner rolls) There was a mix-up on timing (completely on my end for not double-checking), but their team went above and beyond to make everything happen seamlessly. The presentation was beautiful, the portions generous, and the Celebration of Desserts was a huge hit—especially the brownies, lemon bars, and chocolate mousse shooters. Truly an exceptional experience from start to finish. We’ll definitely be booking with them again.
We had Brown Brothers cater our son’s baptism reception, and the entire experience was fantastic from start to finish. I was genuinely impressed by both the quality and quantity of the food—there was more than enough for everyone, and our guests couldn’t stop raving about how delicious everything was. We chose a menu that included Chef-Carved Prime Rib Roast with Horseradish Cream and Au Jus, Chicken Marsala, Sautéed Green Beans with Lemon and Shallots, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, and a Spring Mix Salad with Dried Cranberries, Candied Pecans, Feta Cheese, and Raspberry Vinaigrette. This was all served with fresh rolls, butter, and an assortment of desserts. Every item was flavorful and beautifully presented. The staff that came to our event were professional, friendly, and efficient. They handled everything—from carving the prime rib to setting up and breaking down—with care and attention to detail. It made the day stress-free for us and allowed us to truly enjoy the celebration. I wouldn’t hesitate to use Brown Brothers again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch catering. 10/10 experience!

The food we ordered for our wedding was fantastic. The asiago mashed potatoes were a hit for our dinner. During our reception we opted for a dessert bar and everything was delicious. All of our guests praised how good the food was. I was specifically a fan of the lemon and coconut sorbet. The staff was also incredibly kind and helped make our wedding perfect!

I used Brown Brothers Catering for my wedding party of ~35. The price and options far surpassed the others I received quotes from. There was, at times, some delay in communication (email) while getting quotes and solidifying everything. But everyone I spoke to was very friendly, and I was never left questioning what was included or what the final price would be. The day-of team was wonderful! They arrived promptly and were set up exactly on time. The servers were so friendly and the food was delicious. The prime rib was particularly praised by everyone. I brought leftover containers for my guests to bring their food home and not a scrap was left behind. However, this company does donate leftover food and I think that is AMAZING. So even if you do have extra food, it won't be wasted. I have no complaints! Glad they were part of my wedding day 🙂

The food tasted delicious and the service was great. Tony and the rest of the staff were very quick to respond via email or call and help make any little adjustments we wanted. I can honestly say it's the best catering experience I've had to date! We will be using them again, no doubt. We had the Chef's Special with the Chef Carved Baron of Beef, Roasted Potatoes, Green Beans Almandine, Spinach Salad and Rolls--all were exceptional! One of my guests said she wanted to drink the horseradish sauce served with the beef, it was so delicious. I highly recommend this catering company!
Brown Brothers Catering did an incredible job for our daughter’s wedding reception. From the beginning, they were so easy to work with, helping us create the perfect, unique menu. We did the panini station with soup. Everything was absolutely delicious! Our menu: Three Cheese Panini and Creamy Tomato Soup, Chicken Pesto Panini and Zupa Toscana Soup. We also had a hot chocolate bar, peach lemonade and ice water. The staff was so kind and friendly. The food and drinks never ran out and we keep hearing compliments from our guests. We highly recommend!!!

Amazing food, super professional service, on time, great clean up, seriously 10/10. We hosted a two day event and they did 2 lunches + a VIP dinner. Couldn’t recommend them enough!!! The only issue we had was we ran out of food lunch #1 because it was so good 😂 I can’t tell you how many comments we got from our attendees about how good it was. Gavin and his crew were absolutely amazing. They were so efficient and helpful and went the extra mile when they found out some of my family members have food allergies. They made a salad just for them and made sure they were fed. The service was impeccable and I didn't have to worry about a thing. There was plenty of food and I got so many compliments on the chicken. Everyone said how juicy it was compared to dried out chicken they had had at other weddings this year. Chef kiss to the whole crew that catered my daughters wedding. I would highly recommend them to anyone who does not want to have to worry about a thing when they show up to cater. They are awesome!

Like a lot of venues that lock you in to preferred vendors, we were hesitant to be working with a set list of companies we've never worked with before for the biggest day of our lives. However, we were lucky that Brown Brothers was on the list and that we went with them to provide our food and full service catering. From beginning to end, you can tell that this company actually cares about its customers. Our wedding menu was no easy task, and BB gave us a great taste testing, met up multiple times & were completely open to suggestions, with no egos, no pretentious pricing, and no attitudes - just honest, good people who want to make your wedding amazing. We worked with Stacy, Tony, Lance & Liesl, and every one of them would go out of their way to really fine tune the experience for us, from linens, to appetizers, to decor, to our asian-themed menu, to being available for the hundreds of questions we threw at them. Talking with Tony & Stacy, you can tell they genuinely care about their craft. I know this industry isn't easy by any means, but Brown Brothers really shows why they're a preferred vendor. Our guests loved the food! Everyone from BB that catered our event was super friendly, patient and accommodating.
